This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, (more than 21 days) no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified within 21 days of reservation date (date to arrive) but greater than 24 hours prior to reservation date, 50 percent of all nights reserved will be charged.
- If cancelled within 24 hours of reservation date or if a no-show , the total price of the reservation will be charged for all nights reserved.
- Non-Refundable – no breakfast or meals included

Check-out 11:30 a.m. on date of departure
